Mental Health Fair 2024

The booth featured different interactive and relaxing activities such as free mental health stickers, snacks, mandala coloring, movie showing, Sudoku and word search activities, paint by numbers, free anxiety tests, free ice cream, and mental health facts to promote awareness and self-care among students. The purpose of the event was to give the students a place where they feel at ease and comfortable while expressing their creativity and giving them a break from all academic pressure. By engaging in interesting activities, students were made aware of the significance of maintaining good mental health by practicing self-care.
